Roles and responsibilities 

About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identifying companies with similar services/project/tech stack through extensive market research
2. Managing recruitment live chat, moderating contents (initially), inquiry management, blog commenting, content sharing through social media
3. Managing social accounts with defined content sharing standards
4. Working on the creation of a talent pool in LinkedIn and maintaining LinkedIn recruitment data in a tracker
5. Identifying potential sourcing channels, engage & actively participate in those platforms
6. Coordinating all strategic recruitment events (webinar, tech talk sessions, code challenge event, etc.)
7. Understanding the recent hiring trends to tweak the current strategies
8. Exporting mail IDs from master talent pool tracker and perform bulk mail campaigns (job descriptions, newsletter, current trend articles, other engagement events) through MailChimp
9. Identifying south Indian tech resources working in the US
10. Devising strategies to engage passive talent
11. Managing review websites & curation of reviews addressing current business challenges
12. Monitoring candidate behavior (user behavior) and footprints in the blog website through web analytics
13. Sourcing & tele-screening candidates

Other requirements:
Should have exceptional knowledge in IT hiring & ability to understand software technologies
Should preferably be from a consulting background
Should preferably be from an engineering background (CSE/IT/MCA)
Certificate, Letter of recommendation.
