Hands on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT and NON IT Technologies
Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099& Crop to Crop)
Experience in negotiating compensation to close a candidate
Excellent Experience in Portal Sourcing Using Dice, Monster combined with utilizing existing candidate relationships, referrals along with Sourcing Skills from Social Media Services like LinkedIn, Twitter and Face book
Experience of working on different Job boards using various Boolean search methodologies.
Excellent Written, Verbal Communication Skills, Tech Screening Skills and responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements
Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements & Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations
Ability to recruit with a sense of urgency.

Required Skills:
0 to 5 years of successful recruiting experience in US Staffing..
Should have strong knowledge of US Recruitment & Tax Terms
Experience working with Full-time positions & Should have strong experience with Sourcing through Multiple Channels.
Need to be a very strong communicator.
Able to work in a very fast paced, dynamic environment.
