Job description

• Candidate must have at least 1 yr experience in Technology hiring.
• Open to work as individual contributor.
• Candidate must achieve assigned targets & open to work on target driven environment.
• Ensure all challenges are escalated in a timely manner with adequate data.
• Work closely with Business stakeholders/technology Head to draw out effective sourcing strategy for optimal delivery and meet all hiring needs within stipulated timeframe.
• Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors.
• Use unconventional sourcing methods for hard-to-fill and super niche roles.
