Java Developer – Immediate Joiners

Roles and Responsibilities

Backend Development : Java (version 8 & above), Springboot, Hibernate, Microservices, Kafka (Good to have)

Responsibilities:

• Work with a scrum team in an agile environment to deliver software release sprints, on-time, with a focus on quality.
• Be open for hands-on coding & individual responsibilities.
• Work with business analysts and user communities to understand business requirements. • Perform analysis and documentation for system design as well as on-going documentation of the development

• Involve in researching innovative solutions for challenging technical problems.

• Be proficient in all phases of the software development lifecycle including analysis, design,
development, testing, implementation and support.

• Communicate effectively with the team, customers, prospects and vendors. • Be able to
prioritize and multi-task effectively. Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 5+ Years of IT Experience
• Minimum 3+ Years of experience in managing teams
• Must have hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot & Hibernate
• Must have good experience with Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Demonstrate skills in problem-solving and decision-making
• Experience with customer facing and handling customer expectations • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skill
